Meet Our Founder, Carlo

After spending over 20+ years in the Accounting & Finance fields as a Controller and CFO, working for global and fortune 100 companies, Carlo decided to dedicate his expertise to small to medium-sized businesses tailored accounting service that empower them to focus on their core business and help them grow.

Carlo holds an active CPA license in VA and PA and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has business and accounting experience in many professional fields such as Medical, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Food and Retail.

Carlo’s vision, which transformed into Patriots Tax & Accounting Service (PTA), is to provide these businesses a professional and affordable service model that is typically available only to larger size companies.

PTA is much more than a Bookkeeping and Tax service company. Carlo partnered with and invested in the best expertise in the market to create a one of a kind consultative approach that includes business planning and coaching, tax planning, business strategy, forecasting and budgeting.

Meet Mary, Chief Operating Officer

Mary is a Corporate Executive with over 20+ years in the Sales, Business Strategy, and Business Operations fields. She offers coaching services for small to medium sized businesses to maximize their revenue potential, create a healthy team culture, build the right strategy to achieve results, and learn to professionally and efficiently handle all aspects of their operations (Sales, HR, Purchasing, etc.)

Mary holds a degree in Accounting. She is also a certified Life Coach, Business Coach, Master Trainer, and Master Public Speaker. She is a world traveler providing business consulting services for companies all around the world. She spoke in many high profile events and TV shows and has worked with Conglomerates and Fortune companies in many fields such as Technology, Hospitality, Food and Retail.

Mary’s passion in life is to make a positive impact in the world, contributing to her community, and helping others reach their goals and achieve their dreams. Amongst her peers and friends, she has always been known to be the queen of solving problems and helping entrepreneurs and leaders create bridges to connect their today with their wanted potential.

Mary loves music, dining out, and traveling. She loves supporting local businesses and spending her free time with Carlo and their three kids.

Meet Joe, Accountant

Joe holds a degree in Accounting and an active CPA license. His expertise in analyzing financial details and mastery of Quickbooks products as a Certified Professional Advisor will save you time on your bookkeeping, payroll, and taxation needs.

He has an extensive accounting experience in the Manufacturing Industry serving as a former Financial Analyst of a multibillion-dollar conglomerate, and in the Real Estate Industry as a consultant specifically on Financial Feasibility Planning of huge property developer companies. As young as 25, he is already a shareholder and a former Corporate Treasurer of a global leader company in providing IT field services.

Joe has been awarded with the University’s Best Research Study in his collegiate years and Employee of the Year Award on his previous careers. With his skills, professional experience, and dedication to help our clients succeed, he strongly believes that creating good rapport while maintaining focus on integrity in following accounting best practices and principles is the key to achieve the best financial results.
